Hi, I’m Heather.

I’m here to help guide you towards more peace, connection, and ease.

I’m passionate about helping intelligent, hardworking, and thoughtful adults who feel insecure, overwhelmed, and burnt out learn to be more comfortable and confident in who they are and more connected to the people and things that matter most to them.

Helping you learn how to build deeply meaningful relationships, release insecurities, and heal past hurts so that you can live more comfortably and authentically as yourself are what matters most to me.

Schedule a free 30 minute consultation where we’ll talk about the specific issues going on for you. You’ll learn more about me and how I work, and if it feels like a good fit we’ll schedule your first appointment.

If it doesn’t feel like a fit or our schedules don’t align I’ll give you some referrals for other providers.

Therapy with me is a collaborative and dynamic process that meets you exactly where you’re at right now, while guiding you towards the outcomes you want for your future.  We’ll meet online each week, working through the stuck places, holding space for the messy parts, and finding our way towards the new.
